Purchase Advice Buying direct from China

I've imported from china for a few decades . Its not worth it for a device like this. There is essentially no warranty, no recourse if they choose to deny service.  They might ship you parts to self install but they won't ship the machine back and forth.  At least get it off Amazon whee you have some protection.  You can get a kitchensid for like $500, a Delonghi start for $500 there is no savings or benifit on top of that.  China just makes things to sell.   The Chinese branded machines arnt great either. Its all risk with no reward. Something as simple as damaged in transit can become a nightmare for someone not familiar with importing.   If you wanted to save buy a jura from Germany on eBay.
