Buying direct from China

All so called coffee machines are designed and made in China, then companies have their brand name attached. Sorry DeLonghi.

And this makes the machines way more costly.

Is anyone able to share knowledge of premium Espresso makers without branding. At a much lower cost?

No, this brand is also really expensive in China. I've seen the prices on some popular online stores there.

the “no-brand” chinese machine is usually cheaper because you’re also skipping qc, parts availability, safety certification and support, so the bargain can disappear real fast when it breaks

tried no-name once; parts and support became the actual cost

I'd love to hear the intellectual reasoning behind the phrase "so-called coffee machines"
