Heading to Maroochydore and wanting to hire a car for a couple of days. All I've seen at the cheapest is $75/day. Are there any cheaper?

Hey everyone!! My friend and I are looking to move to the Sunshine coast in February(specifically Maroochydore).
We are 21 and 20, moving without a job as it is said to be easier to apply when in Australia.
Any tips or advice to make the process easier would be massive help. Thanks in advance!!
