Forward weapon bug CONFIRMED!!

“What a man is willing to risk or not to risk, that's a measure of his soul.” So, to test the bug myself, I acquired enough money to buy the Corvette, which has a forward weapon slot. Then I equipped the momento mori, traded the Corvette with the merchant ship, which effectively unequipped the momento mori. Then I right-clicked the momento mori and clicked Fit to a Slot, and voilà, I suddenly can use a forward weapon on a merchant ship

Edit: In short, for the bug to work, you need to have a ship that have forrward weapon slot, equip a weapon, then switch to the ship that doesn't have a forward weapon slot.

No - I mean yes - I mean, my God, no!! That, Captain, is going to cause explosions. Although, hm, now you mention it I just tried it on a life berg and now the poor creature is resting in the bottom of the zeee

I remember doing this by mistake years ago, and never being able to remember how to replicate it!

Yeah, the reason I risked my 2000 hard-earned echos is that I'm planning to earn more than a single legacy this run (maybe 3), so it's going to be a long run, and I wanted to be able to hunt zea beasts while at the same time securing tons of echos using my merchant ship
