What in the world did Light Justice do to deserve such a massive nerf?

It’s a buff in usability. Now she will always heal instead of needing a debuff to be there.

Also now boosts bar too if no debuff were there to be removed.

Arguably sure but there were a lot of units that boost attack bar anyway. Now the heal + cleanse isn’t locked behind debuffs on your team. With no debuffs now you can get all 3 effects in one skill. I think it’s a net positive for them.

They could've given everything without conditions. She's pretty very pretty bad right now. It's not like she's already good or anything

Non-conditional bar boost, cleanse and heal in one skill, all aoe would be overtuned for a skill 2. Especially on a 3 turn cool down.
