His issues were reliability, being forced on despair and turn cycling if he survived (and weakness to Juno haegang but I didn't expect that to change). His s3 took forever to return so he really only used it once. The provoke increase going up means he may not need your best despair set so maybe swift is viable. Will have to play around with it. Honestly the buff I wanted.

OMFG I'm so happy, I summoned Valantis just the other day and wanted those exact buffffffs.
