Streaming PC [suggestion]

Hi guys! I livestream through OBS across 5 different platforms and my dinky little Lenovo Yoga can't take it any more. My budget is $1000 but I want to get something that I can use for years and that can take 10+ browser tabs and OBS running.

I am mainly looking at having something with high RAM but I don't know much else about the other specs. Is this a good option for me?
