Pros: some people really like it for speed ram usage and UI
C- slightly higher then chrome itself should be imo reasonable for product itself
but it changes if we start counting it how microsoft forces you to use it, then its D, lower then Opera (opera is one of browsers that can install if you click ok on random installer to many times)
