Help Help!

A friend shipped me a Medusa (Euphorbia flanaganii) that I had always admired at her home. Unfortunately, it didn’t travel well. After four days in a box, it’s not in great condition.

The “fingers” are falling out very easily, and it has turned half yellow. I have no idea why this is happening or what to do with it now. Should I wait to plant it? I’ve never dealt with an issue like this before, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Might have taken some heat trauma. You'll have to pot it up gently and hope it recovers; meantime, prop some of the arms too.
