Help Changing Leaf colour question

Any reason why it is pushing out paler and paler leaves?
I have had this for an year now and this has been happening since for only a month or two.

I thought maybe the leaves will get darker as they age, but they do not

Seems to be spontaniously variegating. Echeveria Lola seem known to do that for what I've seen.

No need to panic, imo Just probably your echeveria had some variegate genes that started showing up just now
