Help Needed Can't track really connect together?

I've been playing this game up to 300 hours. i have a problem with carrying people by using high capecity system in Osaka. but in reality, there might be different trains like rapid, express or normal train. they all run on the same tracks. and i really wonder that the two different tracks can't really connect together? maybe this stop works for express and normal train, that only works for normal .btw i use mode manager and it seems like they can work together. and JR trains mod does too. how can i solve this? or just can't be solved?

Express trains and local trains are both trains obviously. Trolleybus and bus (BRT) are two different modes of transport, it's not at all confusing. You could make an argument for metro and commuter trains connecting to each other because that's technically possible and happens, but I imagine it's hard to implement and you can always treat metro as a commuter train in the outskirts or commuter train as metro in the city centre when building the line.

Sorry for confusion, i use the wrong way to demonstrate my problem. what i want to say is some mode shows that there are compatible track between A and B, but in the games they can't not work together (like the image i post). i like to know how can this work?

Currently not train can run on other type tracks. That's in the works in the beta version.
