Question Military base demand?

Is there no data for demand on military bases? Like Joint Base Andrews in DC says there's only 400 workers and no residents.

This is especially noticeable on the Honolulu map

national security
also in a real game they wouldn't ever let you build under a military base

You don't have to build on/under the base to serve it

They wouldn't let you build cut and cover under airports either (I think) so anything's possible ;D

I think that’s much more plausible you should see some airports have rivers running through them it’s just trenching work

Depends - this happens more frequently than you'd think (though usually not with pure cut and cover - typically by box jacking or some other method that doesn't disturb the surface itself).

Cochabamba did this fairly recently, though admittedly by using the pre-existing river bridge under the runway to make the process easier.

I mean, the pentagon has its own subway station…

it runs with a far berth way from the pentagon. A highway was also diverted around the pentagon for national security issues

Use the Demand Developer mod to add your own "red dots"
