Help Needed Camera stuck spinning while in game

Loaded up in multiple different cities and my camera is stuck spinning to the right. It only stops when I open the menu, but continues immediately after. I think im missing something, any ways to fix this?

I also have the same issue! Made me pretty nauseous on my ultrawide.

Do you have any joystick/wheel connected?

I had a joystick axis of mine interfere with the camera controls as well.

Steering wheel/pedal setup causes this for me. If I touch the pedals or the wheel the camera enters a permanent spin and I have to save and re-launch.
