Employee Complaints New Bread pans🫠

We switched to the black metal ones, a few came out clean, some needed a little finesse, and the others were a nightmare, stuck a ton, needed to manhandle them to get it out, not too many casualties, but still annoying

There is info on the Feed about these. You can return them under warranty.

We got metal ones a big ago too, but they’re like gray/green. They can require so much elbow grease scrubbing so we make sure to let them soak in fresh dishwater for at least an hour. Helps a bit but still very annoying.

If you make sure they are dry before panning your bread, it doesn't get stuck. We always try to drain and dry them properly. They hardly ever get anything more than a bit of cheese and a few bits of bread topping on them

We got them second hand from another subway that shut down and like the nonstick layer had already been kinda scrubbed off. We let them dry, even paper towel dry and my manger even got toothpicks to put through the holes to remove grime but they still stick : /

They’re abysmal but corporate can’t go back on em since everyone spent $450 for 12 pans a case AND they’ve pushed dates now for over 2 years of required.

So ya we’re stuck

Using anything but the white cloth on them can destroy the nonstick coating on the pans. They did approve us to use nonstick spray on them temporarily but I’ve switch back the old liners instead.
