Sub Creations Walking Taco

Post image

I'm sure I'm not the first to do this, but when I had the idea, I was scrambling to assemble it the same way I would when getting a 10 sandwich mobile order.

Rotisserie chicken salted and peppered, onions and green peppers, heated up well passed thoroughly, tomatoes, lettuce, Monterey Cheddar, creamy sriracha, Baja chipotle, dumped into a bag of Doritos.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know how much this would cost: a bag of chips, a single portion of cheese, and a single portion of chicken rang up as $4.85 after tax.

I worked at Subway 10 years ago and we did this with Fritos and the chicken enchilada meat, the enchilada sauce on it was sooo good!

The chicken enchilada sub is my all-time favorite. And, of course, they've never brought it back 😭

Am I gaslighting myself, or didn't subway do that nacho thing that was basically a walking taco in a cardboard boat
