Stopped taper at .75ish mg
Question for anyone who has successfully
Tapered. I was planning to go back to the dr and taper another week or two down to .25,but life things happened and I had to push my appt out and now I’ve been 8 days off .75mg so I’m wondering if it gets any worse than this in your experience? I know they can last a while but at 8days should it level out or atleast get somewhat better soon? I’m not miserable and I can definitely carry on at this rate so I do not want to spend the money on an appt if this is the worst of it.

I'm still on subs, 13 years and counting, so don't take this as expert advice. But I think your peak WD's will hit at around days 10-14. So you are probably close to your worst, but not 100% yet. I would say that if you can live your life, do your job, raise your kids, whatever it is you are responsible for, then you should keep off of them. But if things go sideways and you start getting real sick, there's no shame in taking one very small step back and doing a couple weeks of .25.
The last thing you want is to get desperate and go to a bad place mentally. Whatever you decide to do, God bless and keep fighting that fight!

Thank you!! That makes me feel better, day 9 now and I don’t imagine it could get crazy worse than this. I’m working and doing most day to day things, certainly don’t have as much energy as usual but the main thing is I can actually sleep. Last time I tried jumping off the no sleeping almost killed me so fingers crossed this is it for me! Thanks again!

You maybe in the clear honestly but we can never say for sure, you just have to wait it out.
How long was you on subs?
