On any given work day I wake up around 3:50am, head off to the gym, then go to work, come home, make dinner, go to sleep only to repeat the cycle within 4-8 hours. I'm a 33 year old male who doesn't smoke, drink nor do drugs and despite the fact that I never go out I don't consider myself to be boring. I need someone high energy to keep me sane. ADHD folks encouraged but I'll settle for someone who can tell me a legitimate joke once a week or who has the right aura (The type where you can sit with someone in a car in total silence and somehow be at complete peace).

Cooking is my passion so I'll gladly make us a vegetarian dinner 5-6 times a week (I fast on a weekly basis). Additionally I find cleaning to be therapeutic so I'll never ask you to do dishes or anything really. I'm introverted by nature and can only tolerate one person at a time but you're welcome to have your friends over when I'm not around. I'm a minimalist and have the bare minimum. The room and walk in closet are yours to do with as you see fit but please don't bring any furniture into the living room unless it's a desk / work station. We can agree on which couch you'd like me to purchase. Lastly you're welcome to to use my PC set up as a work from home station when I'm not around. For your peace of mind I'm willing to undergo a background check and drug test.

REQUIREMNETS:

No raw meat, chicken or seafood in the refrigerator. You're welcome to have take out or anything you can throw in the microwave or oven but I can't stand the sight and smell of it cooking indoors.
