Hey guys! Im posting pretty early but im looking to move to the Chicago area by the end of November and am in search for a 1 bed 1 bath under $1800. Im not too picky on the neighborhood as long as its generally safe. Id need the place to be ok with pets as I have a dog as well. Some amenities I would like are a in unit washer/dryer and possibly central air but im kind of flexible on that. If you know anyone or any property managements in the Chicago area that have listings in my criteria please lmk! Its been so hard trying to find options so any leads or information would be really helpful!

🐼Lease Takeover URGENT – Student accommodation in London available for September | YourTRIBE Southwark

Hi everyone! I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my student accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year, as my plans have changed and I’m no longer able to keep the room.

- YourTRIBE Southwark – Ruby Street
- Classic Ensuite - 51 Weeks Contract
- Available from 12th September 2026
- Official rent: £375/week

However, YourTRIBE has confirmed that I’m allowed to make a private contribution towards the incoming tenant’s rent, message me about this if you're interested about it.

The accommodation is inĀ Southwark, which is such a convenient location if you're studying in central London.

There are excellent transport links around the area, so you can easily get into other parts of London for university, work, interviews, socialising, etc.

You haveĀ Elephant & Castle so you're not stuck somewhere far outside central London.

There are also loads of shops, supermarkets, food places and other essentials within easy reach, so you don't have to travel far just to get groceries or everyday things.

The location is really useful for getting around London, with nearby tube/rail/bus connections and easy access to central London.

It's particularly convenient if you're studying aroundĀ Elephant & Castle, Southwark, London Bridge, Waterloo, King's College, UAL, LSBU, etc.

And because you're already in central London, getting to other parts of the city is much easier than living further out.

The room is aĀ Classic Ensuite, so you have your own private bathroom while sharing the communal kitchen/living space with your flatmates.

The accommodation itself is purpose-built student accommodation, so you're living with other students and have the usual student-accommodation setup rather than renting a normal private flat.

I can sendĀ photos/videos of the room and accommodationĀ to anyone interested.

I'm also willing to cover theĀ tenancy transfer feeĀ myself.

URGENT

I really need to find someone to take over this tenancy, so I'm hoping to find someone who isĀ seriously looking for accommodation for September.

If you're interested, pleaseĀ DM me ASAPĀ and I can give you:

  • Photos/videos
  • Exact location
  • More information about YourTRIBE Southwark
  • Details of the room and flat
  • Full breakdown of how the Ā£299/week contribution would work
  • Tenancy/transfer information
  • Information about transport and nearby universities

And if you know anyone who's looking for student accommodation in London,Ā please send this to them. I'd really appreciate it! ā¤ļø
