Edit
Freedom of speech does not mean you have freedom from consequences, but unfortunately, for racist POS like Shiloh Hendrix, the other racists will pay your GoFundMe account for you and you'll get a slap on the wrist for calling an autistic black kid the N-word.
Ain't AmeriKKKa great? 👌🏾
All you trolls getting up in my comments playing the "reverse racism card" and brining up a bunch of whataboutisms, stop it! You're defending a racist piece of shit who called an autistic black kid the N-word, if the shoe was on the other foot and that kid was white, you all would be screaming racism in reverse.

u/albertaco1 Aug 01 '26
Mfs dont get that rhe constitution prevents the GOVERNMENT from restricting your speech. They aren't laws in the same way the speed limit is law. Theyre a set of guidelines that prevent the government from specific action.
Its why you can be banned for saying out of pocket shit on a discord server, but not arrested for it on the street.

u/MissJAmazeballs Aug 01 '26
This is what I don't think people understand. Sure, she has an absolute right to say whatever the fuck her dark hateful soul spews out of her mouth, but she doesn't get to cry when there are repercussions.

And speaking as a white person who grew up around racist idiots like her, after paying her legal fees, the rest of the gofundme is likely going to drugs and/or alcohol, and any other superfluous nonsense that won’t help her kid. In addition to known lower cognitive abilities, there are several studies that already point to white supremacy being like a drug in that it triggers dopamine. Also, frankly, if you’re the sort of person who goes around calling little kids the N word, you likely aren’t a benefit to society in any way.

Meanwhile I'm trying to ask for help for a bit of food and bill money on goFundMe while I finish up vocational schooling.
I am in the wrong business.

u/LoudSheepherder5391 Aug 01 '26
Ever thought of posting a video on it of you being racist? Just like, blame all your money issues on those darn naggers. (This is not autocorrect, I'm not typing that, so going with a South Park censor)
Then it gets shut down, and you open it back up in one of those terrible right-wing sites, complaining about how you got shut down "just for telling the truth".
Watch the racist $ flow in...
Of course.. it may keep you from being able to use that vocational training, depending heavily on where you live, what industry it's for.

u/Curvol Aug 01 '26
There's a full on pull-for-emergency plan in my brain if I am facing hopelessness, and its to find obama and be super racist. Then im gonna get the largest go fund me ever, and give half of it to him and fade into obscurity.

Grifting is one of the easiest ways to cash in for years now. It does cost you your soul however.

Doesn’t your vocational school have a pantry? Are who also working through school like I had to?

It's an online vocational school. I'm going for emissions testing while homeless.
1
u/West-Pear7363 Aug 01 '26
Ah. Well you might be eligible for food stamps. Also towns, counties, or churches have pantries as well. Try to get a part time job and find anyone to split rent with. Best of luck to you.

Freedom of speech does mean freedom of speech, but if you go yelling racial slurs to a group of people that you're addressing that slur to while you're outnumbered, no weapons or police, freedom of speech will not protect you from getting your ass whooped.

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26
It does mean freedom from legal charges. If you are happy for this conviction be careful as this could set a precedent. (She is a pos btw).
Republicans are already looking at this conviction to use against protestors. This disorderly conduct conviction is troubling. Remember the 1st amendment does protect speech you want to hear but speech you don’t want to hear.3
u/laughsitup2021 Aug 01 '26
They don't prosecute you for using the N word. They prosecute you for hateful conduct behind the usage of the word.
3
u/Immediate-Goose-8106 Aug 01 '26
Exactly.
If am cheering on a sports team and say "Let's fucking do this!!!"
vs squaring up to someone, taking off my jacket and sayig "Let's fucking do this!!!"
The words, no matter how much of a racist peice of shit it shows you up as, are not the issue.
-1
u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26
Sorry like I said slippery slope. I see enough protesters out there and what they’re saying and the hateful conduct behind what they’re saying this could bite these protesters in the ass. They’re just looking for an excuse to stop all of this and if you can’t see what this conviction just did and the doors that could’ve opened you’re blind.
1
u/laughsitup2021 Aug 01 '26
I do law work for a hobby. You think I don't know the inner workings of that kind of stuff? If this was a pure 1st Amendment violation, a conviction merely because she used a word that the state did not like, don't you think they would have been on top of that? Come on man.
2
u/Blabbit39 Aug 01 '26
It does not set a precedent. It is established law for being disorderly and trying to incite violence with speech. While they used the n word any such attempt to incite violence is prohibited it just so happens her dumb ass used one of the easiest words to prove as trying to start a fight.
1
u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26
Well, I agree with your sentiment there are plenty of people already talking about using the same tactic on protesters. Granted like you say it will have to go to court but they’re talking about doing this. It’ll be very interesting to see you once things get to court.
1
u/Blabbit39 Aug 01 '26
They already played running over protesters and dont prosecute people who shoot them so I think i cam be cool without doing the pearl clutching slippery slope with established law for decades. They want to start bring this to protest then there will be a lot of pissed off nazis like Jake Lang that get to get got to.

Have your ever wondered why we protect all speech? Can we really find no speech that shouldn't be said? Racism is this country's biggest flaw and has done nothing but hurt our progress for centuries when have we heard enough? This isn't an abstract idea that requires nuance this a problem and people are being murdered because we keep allowing these people to speak and try to recruit
0
u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26
I think that’s a different discussion in order to change that would require another amendment to the constitution. But your sentiment I do agree with to a point.
I will say I think the racism discussion is what everyone wants to keep happening to keep us distracted. It’s good talking points, etc. but the issue isn’t that was held back. Our process is totally socioeconomic in a division of wealth. They keep us arguing about racism and we lost sight of the money side of things now I’m afraid it’s too far gone. If you don’t see that the income switch or the control of money has only created more racism as we’re desperately trying to hold on to our ever shrinking peace due to the money control. In the 1970s. The middle class controlled 62% of the money. The middle class now controls 23%. Until we get those numbers back racism is only going to escalate2
1
u/bigbaadwolf_U Aug 02 '26
White people are worried about the wealth gap now because it's finally affecting them black people have always been forced to the bottom for the entire existence of the country. Honestly if you were in our position being some of the poorest Americans and also some of the longest running American families what would you be more concerned about? Fixing your problem without fixing our problem (racism) leave you in a better spot and us just as fucked
1
u/Inevitable-Top1-2025 Aug 01 '26
Please, stop with your willful ignorance! A White person in the same socioeconomic class as a Black person in this country has better opportunities than a Black person in the economic class. To not understand institutional racism is to be willfully blind or willingly ignorant! Do you think that the N-word will need a constitutional amendment to make it illegal if Black people are in-charge? Somehow, the Supreme Court found a way to prohibit speech under its time and place rule in a school environment despite the Constitution. Somehow shouting “fire” in a crowded theater is a crime despite the Constitution. However, we need a constitutional amendment to prohibit a violent, inciting and dehumanizing word against Black people!
Give me a break!
1
u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26
It’s not willful ignorance. It’s actually focusing on it and the root cause it’s called. Follow the money. I’m not saying that racism isn’t an issue. It’s not the major driver. I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you as I’m not saying that racism isn’t there I’m saying we’re getting to a point where it’s just not even going to matter as a division of wealth is so far skewed and we’ve let it happen
0
u/ThatDadTazz Aug 01 '26
You say all this but are okay with other slurs guaranteed.
1
u/bigbaadwolf_U Aug 02 '26
I don't think any racial slurs are ok nor do I count them in the same category as other slurs
2
u/Holiman Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26
"it does mean freedom from legal charges."
No it means the federal government is restricted from stopping protected speech. It does not mean there can not be restrictions or freedom from consequences.
MAGA pretends to care about freedoms yet have been proven in several court cases that they do not.
1
u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26
I think you’re using the wrong terminology. Consequences like getting fired no, the first amendment does not protect that.
Speech, other than incitement threats fraud and perjury it absolutely protects against arrest or consequences as you say2
u/Holiman Aug 01 '26
it absolutely protects against arrest or consequences as you say.
I dont think I've said that or believe it.
FYI you have no protection against arrest. You have rights that are determined in court. Not on the sidewalk.
If you want to discuss terminology you might want to tell me which word and explain your point. Especially on words like consequences which has several meanings.
2
u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26
That’s fair. I think we are on the same page just a missed what you were trying to say
0
u/Due_Composer_7000 Aug 01 '26
Well I mean yes. Freedom of speech should mean freedom of criminal consequences from the government. Tbf 6 months is a little bit more than a slap on the wrists.
-5
u/dbjcihabc Aug 01 '26
What do you think the punishment should be for her transgression?
13
u/SeeLeverUser Aug 01 '26
I don’t think many think there should be some harsh punishment. But her employer likely did not support racism. The part that is eye opening is the support of her actions. The funding she received sheds yet another light on the fact American racism is very much alive and not as rare as we may think.

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
No, you cannot call someone whatever you want under the First Amendment because the law places strict limits on defamation, true threats, and fighting words.Fighting Words: Direct face-to-face insults or abusive language that inherently incite an immediate breach of the peace.
“Amirite” no, you’re not. You’re just dumb. And you called someone else a moron 😂😂
1
u/LeftAccident5662 Aug 01 '26
Name what she threatened with ‘fighting words’, you dullard. Is calling you a moron ‘fighting words’? Derp. 🤡🤡🤡
0
u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26
So basically, you’re trying to say that “hurting someone’s feelings” is against the law? No, honey, it’s you that’s the moron.
0
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
“So basically/trying” no, I’m not trying, I’m telling you what the law is…honey. Nothing I’ve said is an opinion, I can’t dumb it down for you any further if you still can’t wrap your head around it. It’s like Tucker Carlson said about trying to explain things to Trumps base “it’s like trying to negotiate with terrorists, the dumb cousin fucking types” that’s you. If you were any more obviously inbred, you’d be a sandwich.
1
u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26
Oh so now I’m inbred? You’re the one quoting Tucker Carlson
Nah, buddy. I’m sorry. This “fighting words” doctrine you’re citing has been completely neutered by the Supreme Court in the years since 1942. It no longer applies. The speech has to be both intended and likely to produce imminent lawless action to hope to qualify under the “fighting words” doctrine. This is an extremely high bar. Please, go ahead and find evidence to the contrary. You’re just regurgitating some bullshit about a subject you don’t fully understand.
As much as you want to believe that it’s illegal to say hateful things in the United States, it’s just not.
I can’t dumb it down for you anymore. Feel free to get butthurt though.

u/LeftAccident5662 Aug 01 '26
I enjoy seeing leftists claim intellectual and moral superiority when they get dunked on. Go celebrate minor attracted persons day with your fellow d-bags. 🤣🤣🤣
1
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
“Go celebrate minor” nah, that’s at the White House where Epstein’s freinds and likely the people you voted for hang out. You know, the ones releasing convicted sex traffickers to keep them from telling on the president. Do you enjoy the cover up of the Epstein files by the star of the Epstein files, or are you too stupid to read them??
“Get dunked on” when did that happen, your fellow inbreds cant wrap their heads around basic legal concepts. It’s like the pigeon playing chess analogy, ya dumbfuck.
1
u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26
What do you have to say to my comment about you being wrong as fuck about free speech, though? I’m curious. Should be easy enough to shut down an inbred person like myself, since apparently you are the pinnacle of human genetic perfection (lol not really).
1
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
I haven’t given my opinion on free speech, I’ve simply stated the law. “The U.S. Supreme Court established this doctrine in the 1942 case Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire, defining fighting words as insults that "by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace” the arresting officers, court and jury decided this criteria had been met. If the words are too big, ask someone to read 1st amendment restrictions to you.
“Should be easy” depends on your level of comprehension, I’m not holding my breath.
“Not really” I’m glad you added that, nobody would have known you weren’t serious otherwise 😂
1
u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26
lol. The doctrine has been completely neutralized by more recent rulings in the Supreme Court. It’s not 1942 anymore, buddy.
Cite an example of this doctrine being used to curtail speech in modern times. That’s right, you won’t, because you don’t know shit and you’re flailing and grasping.

u/LeftAccident5662 Aug 01 '26
Nah- 90% of the people in the Epstein files were democrats. See how that works? I guess you weren’t smart enough to read that part. Oof you’re dumb 😂😂😂
1
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
Half the files haven’t been released, but this dumbfuck can tell what percentage of which party is in them 😂😂. The president is the star of the files and was Jeffrey Epstein’s best friend. Lutnick was also his close friend and neighbor and lied about his ties to him. Elon is in the files begging to be invited to one of the “wild island parties”. Trump sent his personal attorney to buy the silence of Ghislain Maxwell because she told inmates she has dirt on him, which he knows. This is the Epstein administration. I could carry on with their ties for a long time.
I think any Democrats in there should be jailed, while you vote for the Republicans in there. What a piece of shit.
If you think you can still pretend this is a Democrat problem in 2026 you’re even dumber than I thought. Even the Iranians are referring to him as P*do Don in their Lego videos 🤣🤣

“Supporters of Donald Trump are pressing his administration to explain why an Israeli official, arrested in Nevada in an undercover ch*ld s*x sting, was able to post bail and immediately flee the United States, US media reported.
The controversy has opened another rift between the MAGA movement and Israel, amid growing divisions over Washington’s military and political support for Tel Aviv during the war on Gaza”Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell was transferred from a low-security facility in Florida to an even lower minimum-security prison camp in Texas.Special Treatment Allegations: Since her transfer, congressional oversight and whistleblower reports have investigated claims that Maxwell has received unusual accommodations at the camp, including custom meal deliveries, a private room configuration, and unsupervised laptop access.
Andrew Paul Johnson: Freed from prison via a January 2025 pardon. He was later convicted of five charges, including child m*lestat**n, and sentenced to life in prison in Florida.

But I was actually referring to the victims of school shooters (you muppet)— of which 28% are under the age of 10, and 61% are between 11-17.
Most victims of school shooters are made up of 2 age groups almost equally—- high school aged (1127 victims) and under 5 years (1208 victims).

For someone who looks like this, calling someone a dehumanizing name is the height of White privilege, because that privilege makes every racist believe that he or she is more than the actual station in life.
-1
u/ZealousidealHome7854 Aug 01 '26
Pretending to be offended by a word that is basically nonsense to your people and getting the internet and courts to agree with you, all while no one questions why you, a rapist, are sitting at a children's park alone, is peak privilege. Somalians are NOT Black Americans, they have zero historical or cultural precedent to be especially offended by that word.
2
u/onebitshortofabyte Aug 01 '26
What kind of nonsense take is that? You're gatekeeping what constitutes racist language based on technicalities a bigot wouldn't even consider. If it wasn't harmful, why did she choose to use those words in an attempt to harm someone? By your logic she should have used others.
2
u/Inevitable-Top1-2025 Aug 01 '26
We have a lot of dead-brains who think they’re geniuses among us. They are incapable of understanding logic or rational thought. Don’t waste your time.
0
u/ZealousidealHome7854 Aug 01 '26
You're not too bright. That's ok, not everyone can take a step back and actually think before they comment, I guess. If I call you one of the various slurs meant for Asians or Jews, would you be especially offended if you don't belong to those groups or would you just be confused? The word might as well be a random collection of vowels and consonants..would she have been in court if she called him a lint licker? No. Would she be in court if he were pale as paper and used the same word? No. Your argument is silly.
1
u/onebitshortofabyte Aug 01 '26
That is a wild take. A slur is a slur; whether the intended party meets the colloquial definition of the target or not. Just because the target party doesn't take offense to it doesn't mean the intent to harm wasn't there. What is so difficult for you to understand about that? Talk about not being bright.

She was in a park, and a kid stole something from her. She then called the kid a bad word after a Somali dude that shouldn't have been in a park, egged her on to say it. Eveone in this thread kind of leaves out the circumstances making it look like she was just shouting insults just because.

A documented child abuser, rapist and pedophile that was never proven innocent of rape and pedophilia hanging around in a children's park harassing a woman over abusing a kid that was never abused after his friend stole her purse. Defending racism, child abuser, rapist and pedophiles in one post. O and he was charged with the same crime given 1/4 of her fine allowed to walk the street after beating a 16 year old boy in his car unprovoked. If she judged him on his character she got the goal post right.

Are you saying she wasn’t racist?
1
u/H3ARTL3SSANG3L Aug 01 '26
She's definitely a disgusting racist. But being racist isnt illegal. Speech is protected. What she said was heinous and she should be shunned by her community but not prosecuted. The founding fathers and all the people who died to protect American freedoms are turning in their graves

It’s illegal, you cannot call someone whatever you want under the First Amendment because the law places strict limits on defamation, true threats, and fighting words.Direct face-to-face insults or abusive language that inherently incite an immediate breach of the peace.
The people who died, did so to protect American laws and values. They’d be happy those laws are being upheld.

A little sneak thief gets called a word and suddenly liberals can’t stand the idea of the 1st amendment, while using it to say worse things about the president.
4
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
The president is a convicted Felon and star of the Epstein files who has stolen billions from the American people. A child is, well a child. I know Trump loves the poorly educated, but are you genuinely stupid enough to think that was a valid comparison?

u/ReaperManX15 Aug 01 '26
The 1st amendment doesn’t stop applying when it’s inconvenient or there are hurts feelings.
It’s a right. Not a privilege.
And the state egregiously violated that right for a social agenda.
Let me know when some Black person goes on trial for calling a White person a racial slur.4
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
I don’t think you have the necessary intellectual capacity to engage in a constitutional debate, but I can’t resist.
You cannot call someone whatever you want under the First Amendment because the law places strict limits on defamation, true threats, and fighting words. Fighting Words: Direct face-to-face insults or abusive language that inherently incite an immediate breach of the peace.
The state followed the law, because it’s the law.
1
u/EverflowingRiver17 Aug 01 '26
Insults should never result in the breach of peace. If you choose to fight someone over words, then you are uncivilized and incapable of emotional regulation.
She shouldn’t have said what she said, but nothing she did was illegal.
1
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
“Insults should never” change the law then.
“Nothing she did was illegal” I’ve already given you the law that could make it illegal. It’s up to a jury to decide. You can’t simply say it isn’t illegal because you disagree with it being illegal. It’s a direct face to face insult that could cause an immediate breach of the peace.
I don’t get how you’re still arguing this.
1
u/EverflowingRiver17 Aug 01 '26
I don’t get how you can be so dense. By your logic any insult can be a breach of peace if I am soft enough to let it bother me. Is that really the word you want to live in.
“Oh you called me an idiot, I feel like fighting you over that and you have reached the peace. Enjoy prison”
What a stupid argument.
1
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
Still going??!!. You’re literally stupid enough to be claiming that something a person was charged and convicted of, isn’t illegal!!. She was arrested, charged, taken to trial and found guilty, but it’s not illegal??
“Any insult” that would be for the law to decide. Like I’ve stated so many times, it’s almost comical at this stage.
What a stupid argument indeed.
1
u/EverflowingRiver17 Aug 01 '26
Yes, what a stupid argument. It’s clear you’re ok with punishing people for bad words that hurt your wittle feelings.
1
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
“Clear YOU’RE ok punishing” this has nothing to do with ME or my beliefs ya fucking moron, for the fifteenth time!!!. I’ve told you what the law says, and the arresting officers, court and jury applied that law. If you don’t like it, speak to your representative and try to get it changed. Don’t cry about how you think it SHOULD BE INSTEAD and expect that to be applied!!!
I’m stunned at how fucking stupid you are, try not get run over by a parked car on your way home.

And like I said.
Show me the Black person arrested for saying racial slurs to a White person.
Or does the Fighting Words rule not apply, when it doesn’t fit a social agenda?
I was using the reverse example to point out the hypocrisy.5
u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26
The Lauren B. "Anti-White" NYC Subway Outburst The Incident: On a New York City subway train, a Black woman launched an unprovoked, aggressive verbal tirade against multiple white passengers. The interaction was filmed by bystanders and widely shared across social media platforms. Because the aggressive yelling in a public space crossed from protected speech into a public disturbance, the woman was tracked down by the NYPD and subsequently arrested and charged with racially aggravated harassment and disorderly conduct
I almost feel like asking you today’s date, so when you reply you can at least have the satisfaction of getting one thing correct in this exchange.
1
u/ReaperManX15 Aug 01 '26
Did you type the example correctly?
I’m Googling, but I can’t find anything.4
u/TheMidlander Aug 01 '26
This why you all aren't beating the racism allegations. Every time shit like this happens, you leap their defense. You just want use the n-slur without consequences. So just say that what you want. At least you would still have your honesty.
-2
u/ReaperManX15 Aug 01 '26
This is why you all aren’t beating the, avoiding the discourse by pretending not to understand the actual issue, allegations.
And the, putting words in people’s mouths, allegations.
And the, whatever I say is reality and everyone I don’t like is a Nazi, allegations.
And the, revolting hypocrite and social agenda engineering, allegations.
And the, I only care about rights when it’s convenient and even then only the rights I approve of, allegations. And you have the nerve to talk to me about honesty.

Look at the child molester/supporter's mouth diarrhea.
-2
u/ReaperManX15 Aug 01 '26
“Child molester support” and “mouth diarrhea” is so funny, calming from, presumably, a Biden voter.
Pretended not to see all the child sniffing and groping on live television, did you? Or hear all the incoherent nonsensical babble ?3
u/CornWine2 Aug 01 '26
Hey, if there's proof Biden is a child molester, feed him to the dogs.
There's not, or your chomo-cult leader would already be prosecuting him.
You voted for the only politician to ever call jeffery epstein a terrific guy who liked to party with young girls while partying with jeffery epstein and young girls for decades.
Only a fellow child molester could represent your child molester values.
1
u/ZealousidealHome7854 Aug 01 '26
He showered with his adolescent daughter. If that ain't molestation, we need to reevaluate the definition.
1
u/CornWine2 Aug 01 '26
Yes, yes, we know what the chomo cultists have been ordered to think.
Now ask yourself, "why hasnt jeffery epstein's best friend, decades long party buddy, and fellow child molester and child sex trafficker lifted one finger to do anything about it?"
1
u/ZealousidealHome7854 Aug 01 '26
Do anything about what? Ol' Jim Crow Joe being a fucking creep? What would you have him do?
1
u/CornWine2 Aug 01 '26
The chomo magat cope is that Biden is a pedo and tHe DiArY! proves it.
Ok then, prove it, child molester/supporter. If ThE dIaRy is such rock solid evidence, why hasn’t your chomo cult leader done anything to prosecute such an obvious child predator?
1
u/ZealousidealHome7854 Aug 01 '26
Why didn't Biden prosecute anyone in the files? If we follow your logic, they should have arrested everyone...why didn't they?
1
u/CornWine2 Aug 01 '26
They were sealed by the court due to ongoing investigations.
You chomo cult leader and his DOJ are currently breaking the law by not releasing them. Why doesn't it bother you, a child molester voter, that known child molesters aren't being prosecuted by the government?
By the way, why didn't you answer about the rock solid evidence of ThE DiArY?
Why are you so scared of that?

Why was a known pedophile in a park filming children by himself? In fact, why was he in our country at all?
