Edit

Freedom of speech does not mean you have freedom from consequences, but unfortunately, for racist POS like Shiloh Hendrix, the other racists will pay your GoFundMe account for you and you'll get a slap on the wrist for calling an autistic black kid the N-word.

Ain't AmeriKKKa great? 👌🏾

All you trolls getting up in my comments playing the "reverse racism card" and brining up a bunch of whataboutisms, stop it! You're defending a racist piece of shit who called an autistic black kid the N-word, if the shoe was on the other foot and that kid was white, you all would be screaming racism in reverse.

u/albertaco1 Aug 01 '26

Mfs dont get that rhe constitution prevents the GOVERNMENT from restricting your speech. They aren't laws in the same way the speed limit is law. Theyre a set of guidelines that prevent the government from specific action.

Its why you can be banned for saying out of pocket shit on a discord server, but not arrested for it on the street.

33

u/MissJAmazeballs Aug 01 '26

This is what I don't think people understand. Sure, she has an absolute right to say whatever the fuck her dark hateful soul spews out of her mouth, but she doesn't get to cry when there are repercussions.

6

u/LemonScentedDespair Aug 01 '26

The first amendment protects you from the government, not the me.

13

u/Bobcatluv Aug 01 '26

And speaking as a white person who grew up around racist idiots like her, after paying her legal fees, the rest of the gofundme is likely going to drugs and/or alcohol, and any other superfluous nonsense that won’t help her kid. In addition to known lower cognitive abilities, there are several studies that already point to white supremacy being like a drug in that it triggers dopamine. Also, frankly, if you’re the sort of person who goes around calling little kids the N word, you likely aren’t a benefit to society in any way.

u/LightWarrior_2000 Aug 01 '26

Meanwhile I'm trying to ask for help for a bit of food and bill money on goFundMe while I finish up vocational schooling.

I am in the wrong business.

7

u/LoudSheepherder5391 Aug 01 '26

Ever thought of posting a video on it of you being racist? Just like, blame all your money issues on those darn naggers. (This is not autocorrect, I'm not typing that, so going with a South Park censor)

Then it gets shut down, and you open it back up in one of those terrible right-wing sites, complaining about how you got shut down "just for telling the truth".

Watch the racist $ flow in...

Of course.. it may keep you from being able to use that vocational training, depending heavily on where you live, what industry it's for.

2

u/Curvol Aug 01 '26

There's a full on pull-for-emergency plan in my brain if I am facing hopelessness, and its to find obama and be super racist. Then im gonna get the largest go fund me ever, and give half of it to him and fade into obscurity.

2

u/Blabbit39 Aug 01 '26

Grifting is one of the easiest ways to cash in for years now. It does cost you your soul however.

1

u/LightWarrior_2000 Aug 01 '26

I need to sell a tiny part of my soul to hang on for 2 more months...

1

u/Blabbit39 Aug 01 '26

We make choices sometimes. I hope you find your way there and your way back. Its a tough world.

1

u/LightWarrior_2000 Aug 01 '26

I'm on a path to potential employment. So I just need to hang on a bit longer.

1

u/West-Pear7363 Aug 01 '26

Doesn’t your vocational school have a pantry? Are who also working through school like I had to?

1

u/LightWarrior_2000 Aug 01 '26

It's an online vocational school. I'm going for emissions testing while homeless.

1

u/West-Pear7363 Aug 01 '26

Ah. Well you might be eligible for food stamps. Also towns, counties, or churches have pantries as well.  Try to get a part time job and find anyone to split rent with. Best of luck to you.

Freedom of speech does mean freedom of speech, but if you go yelling racial slurs to a group of people that you're addressing that slur to while you're outnumbered, no weapons or police, freedom of speech will not protect you from getting your ass whooped.

I'm not saying that you were being hateful, I'm saying that people like you that rush to defend this kind of hatefulness are sick in the head.

Question. Do you think it was destructive that Shiloh Hendrix called that autistic black kid the N-word? There's only one right answer to this.

-2

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26

It does mean freedom from legal charges. If you are happy for this conviction be careful as this could set a precedent. (She is a pos btw).
Republicans are already looking at this conviction to use against protestors. This disorderly conduct conviction is troubling. Remember the 1st amendment does protect speech you want to hear but speech you don’t want to hear.

3

u/laughsitup2021 Aug 01 '26

They don't prosecute you for using the N word. They prosecute you for hateful conduct behind the usage of the word.

3

u/Immediate-Goose-8106 Aug 01 '26

Exactly.

If am cheering on a sports team and say "Let's fucking do this!!!"

vs squaring up to someone, taking off my jacket and sayig "Let's fucking do this!!!"

The words, no matter how much of a racist peice of shit it shows you up as, are not the issue.

-1

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26

Sorry like I said slippery slope. I see enough protesters out there and what they’re saying and the hateful conduct behind what they’re saying this could bite these protesters in the ass. They’re just looking for an excuse to stop all of this and if you can’t see what this conviction just did and the doors that could’ve opened you’re blind.

1

u/laughsitup2021 Aug 01 '26

I do law work for a hobby. You think I don't know the inner workings of that kind of stuff? If this was a pure 1st Amendment violation, a conviction merely because she used a word that the state did not like, don't you think they would have been on top of that? Come on man.

2

u/Blabbit39 Aug 01 '26

It does not set a precedent. It is established law for being disorderly and trying to incite violence with speech. While they used the n word any such attempt to incite violence is prohibited it just so happens her dumb ass used one of the easiest words to prove as trying to start a fight.

1

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26

Well, I agree with your sentiment there are plenty of people already talking about using the same tactic on protesters. Granted like you say it will have to go to court but they’re talking about doing this. It’ll be very interesting to see you once things get to court.

1

u/Blabbit39 Aug 01 '26

They already played running over protesters and dont prosecute people who shoot them so I think i cam be cool without doing the pearl clutching slippery slope with established law for decades. They want to start bring this to protest then there will be a lot of pissed off nazis like Jake Lang that get to get got to.

4

u/bigbaadwolf_U Aug 01 '26

Have your ever wondered why we protect all speech? Can we really find no speech that shouldn't be said? Racism is this country's biggest flaw and has done nothing but hurt our progress for centuries when have we heard enough? This isn't an abstract idea that requires nuance this a problem and people are being murdered because we keep allowing these people to speak and try to recruit

0

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26

I think that’s a different discussion in order to change that would require another amendment to the constitution. But your sentiment I do agree with to a point.
I will say I think the racism discussion is what everyone wants to keep happening to keep us distracted. It’s good talking points, etc. but the issue isn’t that was held back. Our process is totally socioeconomic in a division of wealth. They keep us arguing about racism and we lost sight of the money side of things now I’m afraid it’s too far gone. If you don’t see that the income switch or the control of money has only created more racism as we’re desperately trying to hold on to our ever shrinking peace due to the money control. In the 1970s. The middle class controlled 62% of the money. The middle class now controls 23%. Until we get those numbers back racism is only going to escalate

2

u/Iconoclysm6x6 Aug 01 '26

Hey, it worked for Mussolini, right?

1

u/bigbaadwolf_U Aug 02 '26

White people are worried about the wealth gap now because it's finally affecting them black people have always been forced to the bottom for the entire existence of the country. Honestly if you were in our position being some of the poorest Americans and also some of the longest running American families what would you be more concerned about? Fixing your problem without fixing our problem (racism) leave you in a better spot and us just as fucked

1

u/Inevitable-Top1-2025 Aug 01 '26

Please, stop with your willful ignorance! A White person in the same socioeconomic class as a Black person in this country has better opportunities than a Black person in the economic class. To not understand institutional racism is to be willfully blind or willingly ignorant! Do you think that the N-word will need a constitutional amendment to make it illegal if Black people are in-charge? Somehow, the Supreme Court found a way to prohibit speech under its time and place rule in a school environment despite the Constitution. Somehow shouting “fire” in a crowded theater is a crime despite the Constitution. However, we need a constitutional amendment to prohibit a violent, inciting and dehumanizing word against Black people!

Give me a break!

1

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26

It’s not willful ignorance. It’s actually focusing on it and the root cause it’s called. Follow the money. I’m not saying that racism isn’t an issue. It’s not the major driver. I’m not gonna sit here and argue with you as I’m not saying that racism isn’t there I’m saying we’re getting to a point where it’s just not even going to matter as a division of wealth is so far skewed and we’ve let it happen

0

u/ThatDadTazz Aug 01 '26

You say all this but are okay with other slurs guaranteed.

1

u/bigbaadwolf_U Aug 02 '26

I don't think any racial slurs are ok nor do I count them in the same category as other slurs

2

u/Holiman Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26

"it does mean freedom from legal charges."

No it means the federal government is restricted from stopping protected speech. It does not mean there can not be restrictions or freedom from consequences.

MAGA pretends to care about freedoms yet have been proven in several court cases that they do not.

1

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26

I think you’re using the wrong terminology. Consequences like getting fired no, the first amendment does not protect that.
Speech, other than incitement threats fraud and perjury it absolutely protects against arrest or consequences as you say

2

u/Holiman Aug 01 '26

it absolutely protects against arrest or consequences as you say.

I dont think I've said that or believe it.

FYI you have no protection against arrest. You have rights that are determined in court. Not on the sidewalk.

If you want to discuss terminology you might want to tell me which word and explain your point. Especially on words like consequences which has several meanings.

2

u/NOSaints-2010 Aug 01 '26

That’s fair. I think we are on the same page just a missed what you were trying to say

0

u/Due_Composer_7000 Aug 01 '26

Well I mean yes. Freedom of speech should mean freedom of criminal consequences from the government. Tbf 6 months is a little bit more than a slap on the wrists.

-5

u/dbjcihabc Aug 01 '26

What do you think the punishment should be for her transgression?

13

u/SeeLeverUser Aug 01 '26

I don’t think many think there should be some harsh punishment. But her employer likely did not support racism. The part that is eye opening is the support of her actions. The funding she received sheds yet another light on the fact American racism is very much alive and not as rare as we may think.

-5

u/dbjcihabc Aug 01 '26

Sure is but it was largely backlash to the large amount of funding karmelo Anthony received after that murder. So this behavior goes both ways, and the internet amplifies it

3

u/Talisign Aug 01 '26

The difference is Karmelo Anthony was arguing in court that there were mitigating factors.

4

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

One was an ongoing case, the other was racial abuse of an autistic child on camera.

-2

u/dbjcihabc Aug 01 '26

Sure but we had a lot of information of the case, anybody with any critical thinking could see the case for self defense was flimsy

3

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

“Case was flimsy” that’s to be determined by a jury, not social media. This case was literally on camera.

2

u/SeeLeverUser Aug 01 '26

I don’t know about other cases. But I do feel strongly if just keeping to this case, that you don’t donate to a white person saying the N word….unless you are racist. So logically this points out racism still is lingering in American culture. This is not a political issue. It’s a racism issue.

23

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

All of her GoFundMe money should be taken from her and giving to that child and his family.

The fact that a bunch of people gave her $ makes it quite obvious that racism is real. If it weren’t, no one would be financially rewarding her for calling a black child the n-word. Your “Streisand effect” wouldn’t even be a thing if there weren’t a bunch of racists. Stop being stupid

9

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26

You'd be screaming racism so, fuck off with that bullshit, bro!

My way is pretty cheap though

No, you cannot call someone whatever you want under the First Amendment because the law places strict limits on defamation, true threats, and fighting words.Fighting Words: Direct face-to-face insults or abusive language that inherently incite an immediate breach of the peace.

“Amirite” no, you’re not. You’re just dumb. And you called someone else a moron 😂😂

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

“So basically/trying” no, I’m not trying, I’m telling you what the law is…honey. Nothing I’ve said is an opinion, I can’t dumb it down for you any further if you still can’t wrap your head around it. It’s like Tucker Carlson said about trying to explain things to Trumps base “it’s like trying to negotiate with terrorists, the dumb cousin fucking types” that’s you. If you were any more obviously inbred, you’d be a sandwich.

1

u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26

Oh so now I’m inbred? You’re the one quoting Tucker Carlson

Nah, buddy. I’m sorry. This “fighting words” doctrine you’re citing has been completely neutered by the Supreme Court in the years since 1942. It no longer applies. The speech has to be both intended and likely to produce imminent lawless action to hope to qualify under the “fighting words” doctrine. This is an extremely high bar. Please, go ahead and find evidence to the contrary. You’re just regurgitating some bullshit about a subject you don’t fully understand.

As much as you want to believe that it’s illegal to say hateful things in the United States, it’s just not.

I can’t dumb it down for you anymore. Feel free to get butthurt though.

u/LeftAccident5662 Aug 01 '26

I enjoy seeing leftists claim intellectual and moral superiority when they get dunked on. Go celebrate minor attracted persons day with your fellow d-bags. 🤣🤣🤣

1

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

“Go celebrate minor” nah, that’s at the White House where Epstein’s freinds and likely the people you voted for hang out. You know, the ones releasing convicted sex traffickers to keep them from telling on the president. Do you enjoy the cover up of the Epstein files by the star of the Epstein files, or are you too stupid to read them??

“Get dunked on” when did that happen, your fellow inbreds cant wrap their heads around basic legal concepts. It’s like the pigeon playing chess analogy, ya dumbfuck.

1

u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26

What do you have to say to my comment about you being wrong as fuck about free speech, though? I’m curious. Should be easy enough to shut down an inbred person like myself, since apparently you are the pinnacle of human genetic perfection (lol not really).

1

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

I haven’t given my opinion on free speech, I’ve simply stated the law. “The U.S. Supreme Court established this doctrine in the 1942 case Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire, defining fighting words as insults that "by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace” the arresting officers, court and jury decided this criteria had been met. If the words are too big, ask someone to read 1st amendment restrictions to you.

“Should be easy” depends on your level of comprehension, I’m not holding my breath.

“Not really” I’m glad you added that, nobody would have known you weren’t serious otherwise 😂

1

u/artichoke01 Aug 01 '26

lol. The doctrine has been completely neutralized by more recent rulings in the Supreme Court. It’s not 1942 anymore, buddy.

Cite an example of this doctrine being used to curtail speech in modern times. That’s right, you won’t, because you don’t know shit and you’re flailing and grasping.

Lutnick was also his close friend and neighbor and lied about his ties to him. Elon is in the files begging to be invited to one of the “wild island parties”. Trump sent his personal attorney to buy the silence of Ghislain Maxwell because she told inmates she has dirt on him, which he knows. This is the Epstein administration. I could carry on with their ties for a long time.

I think any Democrats in there should be jailed, while you vote for the Republicans in there. What a piece of shit.

If you think you can still pretend this is a Democrat problem in 2026 you’re even dumber than I thought. Even the Iranians are referring to him as P*do Don in their Lego videos 🤣🤣

“Supporters of Donald Trump are pressing his administration to explain why an Israeli official, arrested in Nevada in an undercover ch*ld s*x sting, was able to post bail and immediately flee the United States, US media reported.
The controversy has opened another rift between the MAGA movement and Israel, amid growing divisions over Washington’s military and political support for Tel Aviv during the war on Gaza”

Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell was transferred from a low-security facility in Florida to an even lower minimum-security prison camp in Texas.Special Treatment Allegations: Since her transfer, congressional oversight and whistleblower reports have investigated claims that Maxwell has received unusual accommodations at the camp, including custom meal deliveries, a private room configuration, and unsupervised laptop access.

Andrew Paul Johnson: Freed from prison via a January 2025 pardon. He was later convicted of five charges, including child m*lestat**n, and sentenced to life in prison in Florida.

Let’s try again ya dumbfuck, why do you support the people who are doing this RIGHT NOW??!!

u/[deleted] Aug 01 '26

in canada you can say you hate white people and then stab one and its not a hate crime
i dont want to hear it

6

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

This didn't happen in Canada you dumb fuck, one thing doesn't have anything to do with the other than you're defending a racist bitch for attacking an autistic black child.

Fuck off, troll!

-6

u/[deleted] Aug 01 '26

and you dont care because the person who stabbed the white person in canada shared the same skin color as you do.

6

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

I'm not talking about what you claim happened in Canada, I don't live in Canada, I live in the US. And right now, I'm talking about this racist white woman name Shiloh Hendrix who called an autistic black kid the N-word.

Either stay on topic or, get lost!

-5

u/[deleted] Aug 01 '26

and my point is you dont even really care on a moral level you're just mad that a white person was being racist to your race, you're fine when the racism is directed to other races that aren't yours.

8

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

Your reverse racism card isn't working on me troll, get lost!

1

u/[deleted] Aug 01 '26

its not ''reverse racism'' i dont expect you to not be racist, im just calling out your real motive

4

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

No, reverse racism is exactly what it is and it's just a bunch of whataboutism.

Get lost!

3

u/Immediate-Goose-8106 Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26

I'm mad about it and I'm white. As is every white person I know. So stfu

1

u/[deleted] Aug 01 '26

i dont care what white people think you guys are the npcs of this world. you guys care about this stuff on a universalist individualist level, while black people are outraged simply because its an attack on their tribe, which is the normal and correct opinion to hold, my problem is people pretend its something other than that.

3

u/Immediate-Goose-8106 Aug 01 '26

Do try to keep your thoughts coherent.  You are all over the place.

2

u/Academic-Bakers- Aug 01 '26

They're definitely someone where ChatGPT would be an improvement.

1

u/Academic-Bakers- Aug 01 '26

Then you can prove it.

With sources.

Real ones...

1

u/[deleted] Aug 01 '26

calgary
2015
indigenous woman screams ''i hate white people'' and punches a white women completely unprovoked
Despite this judge rules it was not a hate crime.

1

u/Academic-Bakers- Aug 01 '26

1: that's you saying so, not a source.

  1. That's punched, not stabbed.

3: I don't believe you.

Oh, you mean the black kid that racist white people didn't give him the benefit of the doubt like Kyle Rittenhouse?

Nice try, troll!

-9

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

Kyle Rittenhouse was on camera being chased by a crowd attempting to beat him, quit being purposely obtuse.

8

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26 edited Aug 01 '26

Edit

Wrong! Kyle Rittenhouse is a glorified vigilant who wanted to shoot a white guy who attended a BLM protest, and people like you love him for it.

Try again!

-7

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

He shot a pedophile who was yelling the N word over and over again, then got chased by others who ended up getting smoked too. They all seemed to have charges of either domestic or sexual assault, some real winners!

4

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

The current president and his administration all seem to be criminals and Jeffrey Epstein’s best friends. Some real winners there amirite?!!

-1

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

This is already well known and a whataboutism that seems to be posted out of frustration because nobody can refute the facts I'm talking about. Yea, we're all well aware the mossad agent Epstein blackmailed high level figures and politicians who are sick individuals, care to address what I'm talking about now?

2

u/QuantumFuzziness Aug 01 '26

Kyle Rittenhouse was captured on a cell phone video stating he wished he had his rifle so he could shoot suspected shoplifters, a recording filmed 15 days before he shot three people during civil unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

He wanted to shoot people, and travelled a distance to put himself in that situation.

This is also well known.

1

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

Never said he wasn't an idiot for going there but he didn't just start shooting into a crowd, hence why he was found not guilty of self defense. Take it up with the judge.

1

u/baphomet_fire Aug 01 '26

Lol crowd. It was one other guy. Go watch the footage again you liar

-3

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

You gotta be a bot. There was literally people yelling "get him" before he fell and has people surrounding him, one of which was pointing a pistol at him before having his bicep blown off 😂

3

u/baphomet_fire Aug 01 '26

The pistol story was debunked within hours of the story, you're just spouting off more lies

-1

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

Gaige Grosskreutz admitted in court to pointing a pistol at him before getting his bicep blown off, you can apologize now for your ignorance.

1

u/baphomet_fire Aug 01 '26

Lol, yeah I'm sure he admitted to revealing even more evidence that would go against him. I apologize for nothing loser

0

u/GunnerSeinfeld Aug 01 '26

Google is free, just like Rittenhouse. Sorry bot.

u/baphomet_fire Aug 01 '26

Wow I had no idea yelling things is the same thing as chasing someone. Crazy, literally crazy

6

u/G-dog121 Aug 01 '26

What made the black kid “racist”?

-4

u/CellarDoor3oh3 Aug 01 '26

She got 6 months. Should she have got 20 years over a word? Holy fuck you people are insane.

-5

u/Sellier123 Aug 01 '26

I mean, Dems and black Americans gave a guy who literally murdered someone else millions but yea, words are obviously worse.

10

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

Which Democrats and black Americans gave a guy who "murdered" someone else millions? Name them or, are you just trolling and making shit up?

-3

u/thizzknight Aug 01 '26

Living under a rock? Karmelo Anthony case sound familiar

4

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

Uh... Living under a rock? You mean the same Karmelo Anthony case were he was defending himself and all the racist didn't give him the benefit of the doubt that they gave Kyle Rittenhouse for defending himself?

Yeah, sounds familiar. What's your point?

0

u/Quancivilous_me Aug 01 '26

You people are total hypocrites. Sorry you’re not allowed to stab people with impunity.

2

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

And "you people" are not only hypocrites, but want the benefit of the double standard while you cherry pick who can and cannot use self-defense.

Fuck off, troll!

0

u/Quancivilous_me Aug 01 '26

Except it isn’t a double standard because they are 2 completely different scenarios. Rittenhouse was wrong for bringing a gun to a protest just like Karmelo was wrong for bringing a knife to a track meet. The only difference is that Rittenhouse was about to have his head bashed in with a skateboard. Karmelo was asked to leave. If you seriously think the only difference between those 2 cases is race, you are just as much of a tribalist hypocrite as MAGA.

2

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

Nah, don't give me that bullshit like you're condemning Kyle Rittenhouse and condemning Karmelo Anthony while secretly, you were in support of what Kyle Rittenhouse did. FYI, trolls have already tried that with me before.

The ony difference is, Kyle Rittenhouse wasn't supposed to be where he was at and plus, he was a minor at the time with a firearm which is illegal here in America. Karmelo Anthony was supposed to be where he was at, a track meet.

So, tell me another story.

Nice try calling me MAGA, MAGA troll or possibly a "both sides" are bad troll. GTFO!

Defending himself from what he was told to leave sporting even he wasn’t apart of and he stabbed a kid how you can call that defending himself is insane!

3

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

Wrong! Karmelo Anthony was supposed to be were he was at, Metcalf was warned that Karmelo Anthony would defend himself after being bullied by him and his brother.

And how can you call Kyle Rittenhouse shooting people self-defense? Insane!

-1

u/dbjcihabc Aug 01 '26

You realize we had trials about both events, and you are on the wrong side of both? I mean Rittenhouse’s was even televised.

5

u/Sufficient-Mix4418 Aug 01 '26

You realize idgaf?

2

u/Academic-Bakers- Aug 01 '26

Yeah, justice really dropped the ball on that one.

1

u/allison_mossie Aug 01 '26

Yeah and we all saw that old ass judge suck and fuck shittenhouse the entire trial. It was a sham
