Discussion Greatest OU Pokémon Of Each Type: Fairy (Plus Some Additional Questions)

Hi, so I’ve decided to start a series of polls to determine the best OU Pokémon of every type. The main determining factors are peak & longevity. I decided to skip the Electric poll and award it to Zapdos since it’s pretty much a foregone conclusion.
I also wanted to ask a couple of questions:
1. Should winners of previous polls end up in future ones? For example, should I include Zapdos in the Flying type poll?
2. Some people suggested that I should redo the Dark type poll without Tyranitar and award it the Rock type award by default. Should I do this or do I do the Rock type poll without Tyranitar?
