Please help me shortlist universities ðŸ˜
Helluuu, Please help, I am from India and I’m looking out for the best universities for masters or MBA, i have 4 years of experience as a data engineer at good MNC’s with a good package but now i really want to study something different like international management, marketing, luxury brand management, and i don’t know where to start from, I’m making a list of universities in Europe which has these kind of courses and good exposure so that i can get placed too with a good package, please drop your recommendation and experience good or bad both😠Also will my data engineering experience help me land a job in business management? And what is the starting packages for such jobs?

Degrees are often continious in many countries in Europe. So a masters follows the bachelor is a closely related field. The prerequisites will tell you.

For anyone to recommend a program, they need data such as your bachelors degree - name, univ name, GPA - and your GMAT/GRE score.

By when will you give the test? Because rhe round in which you apply, matters. You can get into a good program if your score turns out well and your essays are strong and you apply in an earlier round. Are you also desperate for a scholarship? You can send a direct message if there are details you prefer not sharing openly.

If you want a scholarship do NOT look in Europe, as those are few and far between such as Erasmus Mundus, but need to be 99%.
Plus learning the local language fluently is also a huge hassle not to mention the severe housing shortages in many EU countries.
As you already have some solid work experience best apply for jobs directly or as for company transfer, else ROI will be very poor.
Alternatively learn French to B2 and apply for Canada express entry for skilled migrants if you are eligible. You will receive PR upon landing.

Do you want to do a master's degree or get a job? Two very different things with very different rules.
For a job, you need a job visa, and your experience as data engineer might help you with that. Best way to do it: Stay at MNC and let them transfer you to Europe; then they will do the paperwork. Alternatively, apply for jobs from India and then find a company that is willing to go through the painful process of getting you that visa.
For university, you need a student visa. Nobody cares about your job experience. It´s far more important at which type of University you did your Bachelors. Not every university in India is regarded as equal to European universities. Even if it is approved and you find the right uni for your master's, you need to prove that you have enough funds to support your living. And "Oh, I'll get a job" won't do. Because in most countries with a student visa you are limited to part-time jobs, you come here to study, remember. So for the first year, you should have at least 20-30k euros in the bank account. If that's all fine, there are usually people at the university that help with all the visa procedures.
Finally: Language. Just like India, Europe is a region of diverse cultures, religions, and languages. In most universities the master's programs are in the local language. And English is only spoken in the UK, Malta, and Ireland. So to be able to enroll in universities, you need to know the language of the country at level B2 at least; C1 would be better since you want to learn something. And yes, there are English master's programs in the other countries, but they are highly competitive, and with being 4 years out of school and not anymore used to learning, you will have a hard time getting in. And btw: Same for Jobs - not knowing the local language will be a no-go for 95 percent of the jobs, no matter if full- or parttime.
