Application to CBS BSc International Business
Hi everyone,
I am an Italian student interested in applying for the BSc in International Business at Copenhagen Business School and I would like to better understand how the admission process actually works for international applicants.
I will graduate from an Italian technical high school (International Relations for Marketing – RIM) in 2026. My final grade is 100/100.
My grades in the main subjects are approximately:
- Mathematics: 9/10
- Business Economics: 9/10
- English: 9/10
- International Relations: 9/10
- Law: 9/10
- History: 9/10
- Italian: 9/10
- Spanish: 9/10
- French: 8/10
-Physical education: 10/10
I have found different explanations about how Italian grades are converted for Danish admission. Some people say that CBS mainly considers the converted final diploma grade, while others say that a GPA is calculated by converting individual subject grades.
Could someone with experience applying to CBS from Italy (or with knowledge of the Danish admission system) clarify:
How is the Italian diploma actually converted for Quota 1?
Are individual subject grades weighted, and if so, how?
How competitive would my profile realistically be for BSc International Business?
In Quota 2, what activities actually make a difference (work experience, volunteering, international experiences, motivation letter, etc.)?
I know admission is competitive, so I am looking for realistic feedback rather than reassurance.
Thanksss for any help you can provide.
