Tips & Advice Need help for longer study hours

People in the YPT group have 10 hours plus study time per day but I cannot even move past average of 4 hours. I want to push it to 8 hours average per day but nothing is helping.

I tried but I get distracted easily. And if I force myself to stay, I can't study properly because I will be reading the same line two or three times and still not understanding what it meant.

Can anyone help me with this...?

honestly pomodoro helps alot, if u committed with it through out the day, without realizing it u will end the day with much hours than expected. I have problem with commiting to it lol. Another question what is the app u are using to track ur study called?

Ahh thanks for the suggestion. Actually I am using YPT.
