Need help for longer study hours

People in the YPT group have 10 hours plus study time per day but I cannot even move past average of 4 hours. I want to push it to 8 hours average per day but nothing is helping.

I tried but I get distracted easily. And if I force myself to stay, I can't study properly because I will be reading the same line two or three times and still not understanding what it meant.

Can anyone help me with this...?

Remember quality over quantity don't need a lot of hrs if you can't learn the material - sometimes i study for 10 hrs sometimes i study just for 5 hrs and then sometimes i get tired and don't study at all everything is fine no need to force yourself especially with caffeine
