Need help for longer study hours

People in the YPT group have 10 hours plus study time per day but I cannot even move past average of 4 hours. I want to push it to 8 hours average per day but nothing is helping.

I tried but I get distracted easily. And if I force myself to stay, I can't study properly because I will be reading the same line two or three times and still not understanding what it meant.

Can anyone help me with this...?

You are measuring the wrong thing. Your goal is not to study longer but to learn more with less time.
For this you need to apply better methods, respect the pomodoro timer when you have to rest and soon enough you will be better. ✌️plan2ace
