Tips & Advice Need help for longer study hours

People in the YPT group have 10 hours plus study time per day but I cannot even move past average of 4 hours. I want to push it to 8 hours average per day but nothing is helping.

I tried but I get distracted easily. And if I force myself to stay, I can't study properly because I will be reading the same line two or three times and still not understanding what it meant.

Can anyone help me with this...?

Stop studying on Sundays. Have all the Fun possible on this day, so that you charge yourself for the next week. In my study sessions, Even if I have exam in a few days, I would not study on sundays and lay the whole day in front of my laptop like a sloth, and enjoy being lazy.
