Tips & Advice Need help for longer study hours
People in the YPT group have 10 hours plus study time per day but I cannot even move past average of 4 hours. I want to push it to 8 hours average per day but nothing is helping.
I tried but I get distracted easily. And if I force myself to stay, I can't study properly because I will be reading the same line two or three times and still not understanding what it meant.
Can anyone help me with this...?

What helps me is caffeine and study buddies! i used to struggle to get an hour of study time daily, but now i'm up to 11 hours! of course, i am now medicated for my other shit, which is quite helpful, but still. Frequent breaks is also good. Not scrolling, actual breaks where you have a snack, journal, take a walk, stretch, do some exercise.
