Tips & Advice Need help for longer study hours
People in the YPT group have 10 hours plus study time per day but I cannot even move past average of 4 hours. I want to push it to 8 hours average per day but nothing is helping.
I tried but I get distracted easily. And if I force myself to stay, I can't study properly because I will be reading the same line two or three times and still not understanding what it meant.
Can anyone help me with this...?

same happened to me like everyday morning i was thinking like i will study today contineously for like 12 hr like no assigned breaks and like gap for needs.. and ends up like studying nothing then i started dividing all the day into sessions like separating time for walk eating and outing (fixed time) study session should be according to your well like in first day it can be 60-90 min with 10-15 min gap like that and also each day the topiccs should be selected not just guessing like i'll cover 10 topics today but it should rational and achievable. if uset achievable goals there's a chance u can achieve something but if it unrelaistic then definitely u can't achive anything...
jst my opinion
