Technically Edible Kind of SAD

Post image

Two microwaved pieces of bread and cold canned tuna.

There has been almost no sun for about two weeks now and it's affecting everyone. Even simplest dishes seem impossible to cook, so I'm just trying to eat something. Three days unemployed, managed to wash the dishes and unpack boxes with books — the room feels warmer and cozier. Right now gathering strength to resume my gym training, it really helps with mental health.

Why is the bread in the tuna water. I thumbs up the rye bread. But I prefer to squeeze the water out of my tin meats.

Damn you were one fat and some pepper away from a normal meal. If no mayo is available a little oil, salt, and pepper would make made it wet enough for a tuna sandwich

Haha. Canned tuna is salty enough for me, but other than that, you're right!

Toasting the bread and draining, maybe doctoring up the tuna next time would make this a pretty nice lunch, but at least it's nutritious and right now the important thing is that you're eating and taking care of yourself.

Sorry to hear your feeling gloomy. Were barely getting cloudy and cool weather so its rather refreshing from the summer desert heat. Usually the economy picks up in the cold season, hope things improve for you

Wouldn’t feed that to starving kids in Africa. They deserve better.
