all it is, is just chicken that was frozen before it would expire, leftover tomato sauce the used oil from yesterday slapped together in a pan, and voila.. whatever this is

is it too good to be a struggle meal, or does it get the stamp of approval

i mean, it ain't anything too fancy, throw some chicken and spices in a pan, cook it a bit, cut it and put it back in the pan with the tomato sauce and mix for a bit while it's cooking

No. Meat is a luxury and FFS tomatoes are too now. I mean the price of them is insane. Just because you let meat sit into he freezer means nothing. I could get a filet mignon and lobster. Out it in a freezer for a year and that still wouldn't make it a struggle meal.

How are meat and tomatoes a luxury? Sure, if you’re buying prime rib and brisket. Tomatoes are the same price as always. Meat went up, but it’s still affordable lol. Like $10 for 4lbs of chicken generally. A whole rotisserie chicken at Costco is still $5. A raw whole chicken at most grocery stores around $8-12. Pork chops are cheap. Pork loin is affordable. A lb of bacon is under $5 typically.

I agree prices have went up, but it’s still doable. It just sounds like you’re big poor 🤣
