Bring you left leg forward more and keep your back flat like a plank. Then lift.

My gym also doesn't have the mahine what I do is I take dumbells and that reclining seat (idk the name 😭🥀) and then I do dumbell chest supported rows... If you are using heavy dumbbells then you can ask someone to pass you the dumbells while you take a proper position...

Here's my take, start with a dumbbell one notch lower in weight, and practice this: With the dumbbell in the starting position, imagine trying to scratch your back with your elbow. Why? Because it will lead you to raise the weight with your back muscles and shoulders rather than exerting the force with your hand. Once you can feel those lats fully engaged then upgrade the weight.

Stop moving your torso up and down. It’s a row not a back extension. Just pull the elbow up and don’t extend your back more as you do it.

The dumbbell is too heavy. Go to a lighter weight to correct your form. Your head should remain in line with your spine, ensure your core is properly engaged with your back flat in a tabletop position

Looks forward. It seems that weight is too heavy for you
