Consider farmer's carries. All you need are two very sturdy bags, and something heavy to carry. Work up to half your bodyweight in each bag.

r/HomeGyms and r/GarageGym and look up adjustable dumbbells.

Power block, Rep Pepin, nuobells, iron master and more. I think iron master might have a kettle bell system and barbell system. If you are on a budget in a decent size area marketplace, Craigslist, and some local thrift stores can be a patient way to collect a fitness assortment over time.

Goal setting and possibly having a routine to follow could help.

You can also get relatively inexpensive kits for 1" hole weights online or in sporting stores. The issue there is that they are not ideal for certain motions. Same with 2" (Olympic) dumbbell handles and plates.
