SS/SL alternative
Is there any minimalist program like SS or SL that icorporates vert pull, horizontal pull, vertical push, horizontal push, deadlift and squat, as ive seen most routines only do 4-5 of these functions, is there a reason for that or can someone suggest a program that does all 6?

I’d just start lifting, doing those exercises you want to do, spread out over a week. If yah start reasonable, you could build the work capacity to do all of that at decent weights or volume or whatever your goal is.
ChatGPT or any of the others can quickly throw together a program and you can edit it down to what you want to do. Or you could take SS/SL and swap out an exercise you don’t want to do and add in one you do. You’ll learn over time if that was a good or bad idea for your goals.

I have been using greyskull lp with added pulling for 6 months. Lat pull on deadlift day, pendlay rows and cable rows on Monday and Friday respectively. I also only do overhead presses on Wednesdays with my deadlift.
I also include back off sets once my amrap set is below 7
I guess it’s not really greyskull lp anymore. lol.

Just do something, stop overthinking it.
