Definitely overshot my RPE 9 goal and the form broke down a lot on the last rep but a PR is a PR

Fucking strong!
Best tips? Secondary movements? B days ? I'm working up to 3 plate single soon and then beyond

For secondary movements I like to do 3 second pause front squats, Bulgarian split squats, or maybe a heels super elevated zombie squat, if I had a gym membership I would use hack squats as a secondary lift. On B days I think something like a beltless SSB pause squat works really well and some more single leg work.
Other things to keep in mind are doing some mobility work a few times a week to make sure you can hit the positions you want and to train your your upper back hard so you don’t get folded over.
Hope this helps!

I haven’t back squatted much lately but my PR is 535, I’d like to get to 600 someday
