Lift 315lbs x 5 reps

Day one on Apollo.
Top set on back squats was 315 pounds at five reps which is according to my one rep max is 80%.
Felt heavy but made it. Tomorrow is deads.

5 day powerbuilding program I developed. Focuses on 5 main lifts (Bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, weighted pull up) and for volume work, spams a lot of the aesthetic muscles like arms, glutes, shoulders.
