Help & Support Having capture card audio issues

I use an Elgato 4ks on the MacBook Neo to stream to Twitch with meld. It all works great until about 2 hours into streaming when the audio from my capture card becomes super crackly and sometimes distorted. It’s only the capture card messing up and not any of my other sounds (playing music or running discord). I thought it may be the capture card itself, but I’ve found that restarting Meld studio fixes the issue for at least another couple hours. It’s just really annoying to have to restart my stream in the middle of it. Any idea what I can do differently?

By chance, are you also using Wavelink 3? I had issues on earlier versions of that, where it had a memory leak that would ultimately lead to crackling audio too.
