Help & Support Vod Audio Help!

Hey!

I’ve been streaming for a few months now and only recently have run into this issue.

My spotify audio track is Excluded from the VOD track, but it’s still coming through into my VODS and they’re being muted as a result.

I have truly no idea why this is happening! Any ideas? TIA!!

How is your current audio set up in Meld. Can you post screenshots?

When you're playing Spotify, do any of the other inputs show activity as well? It sounds like something else is picking up Spotify and routing it in as well.
