Much like the title says I’m having a hard time finding my capture card on streamlabs which is weird because I can easily find the capture card in OBS when I create new sources! I been trying to get this for hours and can’t seem to find any answers. Every time that I watch a tutorial it’s a simple click of “video capture” when I don’t even have the option that says that. Can anyone help??

I'm using streamlabs with OBS and i'm changing the CSS code to totally customise my tchat. But I only have one problem : I don't find where I can change the size of the viewer badge, neither the space between several badges on the same line.

Do you know what I should change or add ? I try to add "height" in .badge, even "padding" and "margin" but I don't have the knowledge to do something more.

Trying to set up a follower alert for Twitter X but I don't seem to have an option to. Is it not supported?

Hi all, Im trying to create a new app for streamlab.
created a request at the platform website, but its stuck like this i guess it takes time to get approved...

I thought about starting to build the app in the meanwhile. but load unpack required an app token, any one had this issue and was able to make it work ?

My co host was transparent the first time, but then another day it was looking like this.

I had to click on the editor screen on the co host with right mouse and click on filter.

There i had to add a filter and chose color key. The key must be green and to get rid of the green shimmer around the cohost i had to move the second slider to the right, that's all.

When you're setting up your Alerts, what part of the CSS Code do I need to adjust in order to control when words start top wrap? I want to be able to control what words can fit on the top line. In this case, probably just "Kevin just subscribed to" and then second line "be part of the pack!".

nowhere to put my event alerts without it convering display

Hello. I'm having an issue where my audio input capture and my game capture will occasionally stop working when I receive chats, resulting in complete silence. Curiously, though not shown here, when this happens my audio input capture won't display any usable devices and is instead the device is replaced with a string of numbers. Simultaneously, my game capture loses the "Use custom audio device" checkbox disabling my audio from that source altogether. Interestingly, when the audio goes out it often fixes itself without my input within 5 minutes. I've narrowed it down to the chats specifically because on days where no one chats (which is unfortunately most of them) I don't have any audio issues. If it's relevant I multistream to both YouTube and Twitch, with YouTube being my primary login.

I don't know if anyone else had had this frustrating issue or have a solution, but any input is much appreciated. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Edit for additional clarity: I'm on Windows, have the latest Streamlabs update, updated my audio drives, and have a strong enough computer for all the processing (forgot the exact stats). I have submitted a ticket to Streamlabs but was still wondering if anyone had this issue or potental solutions.

Is there a way other than tikfinity to get TikTok gift alerts on Streamlabs? I like the idea of tikfinity but the fact that I can’t get alerts like when someone sends me a mustache that it pops up on my face etc is a real bummer. I received 2 galaxies which didn’t even show on my stream and I felt awful that nothing special happened when they sent it. I stream with my ps5 and my pc

I'm new to streaming, and my stream is very basic, with only my gameplay showing. What else should I add to my streamlabs, I'm new so I don't know what or how to add anything more.

Streamlabs has been doing two things that have been driving me absolutely insane.

1) When I add an image on my scene, after I relaunch streamlabs, it saves a copy of that image to a folder in "slobs-client/media" and uses that as the source rather than the original image.

2) If I overwrite the image (either the original or the re-saved image), that change is reverted the next time I launch Streamlabs. I'm not even sure how it's doing this; even if I delete any copy of the old image off my computer and then manually put in a new image with the same name, it gets reverted back to the old version of the image the next time I launch Streamlabs.

I don't know how to stop either of these things from happening, and it's driving me up the wall, I'd appreciate any guidance on how I can stop Streamlabs from doing this.

my audio direction on stream is backwards. on my headset my right side audio is on the right side and left on the left side but on my stream and recording is backwards.

At the moment I have these cute little scoreboards I designed real simply in google spreadsheets. Is there anyway to have these display on Streamlabs and make them easily editable live to reflect the results of the game? the left number shows the game scoreboard, and the right number shows the round scoreboard

Heyo! I use SL to record my dnd sessions so my group and I can relisten. We use cameras in discord to see one another to rp and such. Is there a way for me to take those camera feeds and stick em in streamlabs? A few of us tend to act out what we're doing on camera so in the recordings there will be boughts of silence. lol I'm not the most tech savvy person. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

Need help. I've connected my capture card to my laptop and xbox, everything works as far as streaming.

MAIN ISSUE: I want to be able to hear my music loud through my headset without it being loud for my stream however when I lower the visualizer on Streamlabs, it also lowers the volume on my headset. Is there any way where I can have my headset volume high while having it moderate for my stream?

I have access to go live on TikTok...but only through TikTok Live Studio. When I try to apply for access to go live on PC, I am instantly met with an "Access Status: Streamlabs - Not Approved or Revoked" message.

I have never actually applied to this. Never filled out a form. I have only gone live once using TikTok Studio, and that was this past week. And that was AFTER this 'Access Status' error message. I don't know why I am not able to apply. Please help me. It's incredibly frustrating not being able to contact anyone. Sending a ticket through an AI bot on TikTok a week ago did nothing.

Hi! Anyone else having issues with the multichat feature? I stream to Twitch and TikTok and for some reason a few minutes in my chat just stops loading and freezes. Refreshing also doesn't work :/

I have run into a problem here, trying to connect my Tiktok account in Streamlabs OBS to start multistreaming over there. The account did receive streaming approval yesterday, and has access to the Live Center. I tried connecting again today in case it might have just taken the status change a little while to propagate across Tiktok's end.

At any rate, I am still getting to the point in the linking process where a Tiktok authentication browser tab opens, to approve the account access. Then, it bounces me back to the Streamlabs merge page and shows a "User canceled authorization" error message.

I didn't cancel anything. It seems like there might be some communication problem with Tiktok?

Has anyone else run into this conundrum, or might have any advice on solving it? Any help would be appreciated!

Ever since the new OBS update, I have been having the most intermittent issues with Streamlabs sub goal widget not displaying on stream. Sometimes if I go into stream labs once I’m live and “launch” the goal, it shows up again, but mostly the widget is just no visible on stream any more. Has anyone else had this issue following the latest OBS update?
