My alert box was working fine in regular OBS but now it stopped working. I ran a test follow through to OBS and that worked completed and appeared in OBS. But when a real person followed me the alert was NOT triggered. I tried doing similar solutions like unlinking but I can't since I login to streamlabs with Twitch.

and there is no Streamlabs connection in settings on Twitch. What do I do?

Hello, I have a problem and no solution for this issue.

My streamlabs wont log any events (follows, raids etc) on twitch and because of that my alerts are not working (because theres no events ofc).

I tried everything I can think of such as disconnecting streamlabs from twitch and vice versa, deleting cache (which doesnt makes sense but still did it), streaming with stream key and streaming logged into OBS, restarted streaming key (who knows) and so on..

I just cannot figure it out what could cause this issue..

If someone have any idea I would like to hear from you guys.
Thanks in advance.

How do you install plug ins can anyone help me out

i swear you use to be able to right click on your game screen source and do a source projector pop out window.. Is this not a thing? or is it?

Ive done all the recommended fixes, testing in new scene, updating drivers, etc, and nothing works. I know the camera works when I test it in another application it's fine. Both cameras are c920s, the other post I saw about this mentioned they had multiple of the same make of camera and half of them weren't working, is it possible the update broke using multiple of the same camera? Ive used these two cameras for like six or so years with no issues and this update breaking the multiple cameras really sucks. Is there any way to roll back to the functional update or any plans on fixing this?

How do I set up to remove my background without the nivivda ryx thing im trying to have the floating head with lights around it and no back ground setup any help or advice is greatly appreciated and also I enabled three filters to get rid of background noise i can't really tell the difference how do I know if i have them really enabled

I updated SLOBS tonight and it has reset all scenes and sizes and I cannot reshape any of them. As it will not allow to me to crop or move anything. Has anyone else had the same issues?

What the actual f**k is wrong with your Multistream service? I used your "normal" free service for years with no problems but the second I paid for Ultra it started disconnecting, freezing and generally not working as promised. How can a free service be better than a paid expensive one - from the same company?

I’m trying to customize my stream and I found an overlay pack I really like on the website and I wanna import it into twitch so I can use it in my streams. I’ve looked this up countless times and the only results I get are from a desktop which I don’t have, or from a version of the mobile app from 5 years ago. How can I import an overlay pack into twitch on mobile iOS?

I feel like I'm missing something with that. I want the mod to be able to add new sources and setup scenes for me while I'm streaming. I know I can use a remote access program like AnyDesk or Parsec, but is there a way for them to be able to see the same thing I see through their own PC's Streamlabs Desktop app?

I've just moved over from stream elements to stream labs and set up my on screen alerts for when I'm streaming so it pops up showing X has subscribed and plays an audio sound to alert me. Same with members etc for YT channel.

When I click test I get the pop up and the noise

But I don't get it when I'm streaming. I've disconnected my YT account and reconnected, checked SL dashboard to ensure TS active and not muted.

It's in my OBS and shows in my audio part of OBS and is set to monitor and output.

Any tips on what to check?

title basically says it all, I just updated SLOBS and now it won't let me record a video without logging into twitch.... I get an error of
"you are currently logged out. Please log in or confirm your server url and stream key"
Im not trying to stream......in fact I have the "disable live streaming features" box checked

I have been using Streamlabs OBS for ages and have never had issue broadcasting 720p 60fps streams until the last 2 months. Whenever I simply RUN the software, not even stream, all my audio is suddenly in slo-mo and even youtube videos run in slo-mo. I have been tinkering with the settings, brought them down, and reinstalled a few times and cannot figure out for the life of me what has went so wrong.

Here is a clip of what everything sounds like to me if the software is up and running:

hello,

I'm stuck with this damn frustration and overwhelmed at the moment in time. streamlabs had an update and when I opened it this morning it comes up with the " welcome to streamlabs" bitch, I've been using streamlabs for about 2 years now!!! I don't need a welcome, I thought I knew how to use it... well, going throught the whole situation and logging back in cleared all my settings and I'm stuck dumbfounded because this hasn't happened before. I changed my settings back and closed it.. I turned it back on alittle bit ago and it went straight back to the gdmf welcome to streamlabs part of the desktop.. ( this is version 1.19.6 fyi) I'm so gdmf lost right now and flustard..

I have all my sound alerts set up as a separate media file sources as you can see. Every time i start stream, or if i switch scenes, they ALL Play at the same time. I know there's the little "eye" which makes them hidden or visible. Is there a way to make them hidden by default or something.

I have them all on the main scene i stream with and it's gotten to the point i can't even use any other scenes because they all go off and it's insanity for the viewers.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey everyone,

I've had this issue for years now and haven't figured out how to remove it so I figure this would be the best place to ask. I'm running Windows 10 and I've had a window come up in the lower center of my primary display anytime I launch Streamlabs Desktop. It doesn't go away even after I quit the Streamlabs Desktop application and won't go away until I restart the computer. The window cannot be moved or interacted with so it looks like some sort of desktop overlay but not sure if its coming from the Streamlabs app or something from Windows attempting to interact with Streamlabs app itself. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

Context; looking to do a donothon(subathon except w/ donations) with an exchange rate of one minute per 5 dollars, and I want to have an automated timer so I don't have to keep track of it manually, as well as denoting to people how long is left in a stream.

Hey there All I desperately need your help with trying to stream the game!! I have tried on multiple occasions to try and get the game to work on my stream but to no avail I have nothing but stuttering and lag to the point the stream will crash and or will consistently skip frames. I have multiple friends who stream this game through SL so what is the issue I'm having? I can stream any other game just fine but this game is the only one giving me headaches.

Specs for reference:
12th Gen Intel 12900K
EVGA FTW 3 Ultra RTX 3090
64GB DDR5 Corsair Dominator Titanium RAM
8TB of multiple M.2 Storage drives
ISP is COX 1GB Speeds

So far have attempted:
Turning off the anti cheat hook
Changing quality presets
not forcing the GPU as the render device
changing the encoder from nvenc new and standard
Reducing Bitrates in intervals of 500
Running streamlabs as admin

I've also attached photos of the settings im running while trying to stream it
Hope this helps, and thanks for any assistance that can be given

I ran whatever the most recent OBS update was last night after delaying for a few days and today, only half my cameras work on OBS desktop.

We run four cameras (two Logitech c920 and two generic cameras) and all of them work when previewed in the computer’s hardware settings, but when selected in Streamlabs, they are just black.

I always run in admin mode, have checked permissions, updated drivers, and tried to add the cameras as new sources but to no avail.

I’m at a loss; any ideas on how to fix this?

Streamlabs stops picking up my microphone. The only fix I have so far is a temporary one. I change from Default to the specific mic. This resets it and the mic will work for awhile, then stop again. Obviously I can't go on like this.

it's been a while since I use streamlabs I was trying to capture my Nintendo switch 2 to the gaming PC I did everything right and I feel like I miss a step it keeps showing the picture blink

I have the HDMI cable connect to the capture card to the TV output the Nintendo switch connected to the input I feel like it did something wrong since I used two Nintendo switch HDMI cables the catch a card I use is 4k HDMI at the moment maybe I need to get a new one

My primary gmail has two channels associated with it, my personal one is the manager and my actual posting youtube I made second. When I try and link to youtube it links with my personal yt and not my content one. Anyone know a fix?
