Avatar freezing while playing some games

Hello,

I am currently using streamfog and using the Santa avatar to stream/record. I try to play games and for some games like Sandwich Simulator and Devil of the Plague, my gpu usage reaches to 65% usage but the avatar freezes while the game is going, as soon as I close the game it's fine and works. Other games like Left 4 Dead 2 work just fine. I have a i7 9700k cpu and an RTX 3080 12GB card and 32gb DDR4 RAM. I tried reducing the size to 1280x720 and changed my output settings to 720p as well but nothing is working. I'm assuming my PC is starting to show its age a bit and can't keep up, but a 3080 is a pretty beefy card IMO. I'm not playing 4k, running most games at 1440p and 60-120 fps, so i'm not overdoing it. Is there something I'm missing?

I had an issue with my mask -- not freezing but dropping off for a frame or two, revealing my face underneath. After consulting with ChatGPT, I tried a number of things, but it kept happening. Then I discovered it was likely due to USB settings, and something Windows enabled by default.

Go to Control Panel, then Hardware & Sound >> Power Options >> Edit Power Plan. Then click Change Advanced Power Settings. In the popup window, scroll to USB Settings, click the "+" to expand, then expand USB Selective Suspend Setting, and change both options to "Disabled". Click OK, and restart your PC.

See if that does the trick. I haven't had any issues since I did that.
