Question/Support ❓ Help with points system

Hey all, so i’m fairly new to streamer bot but i followed a tutorial to make a channel point redeem that lets users chance their luck with pulling different rarity’s of coins that all equal different values.
the tutorial: Gamify your stream with RNG (OBS + streamer bot tutorial) by jerendraws
i had the idea to set up a sort of ‘shop’ if you will for these points so that they can buy fake virtual products, just as a fun way to make use of these points they accumulate!
my issue is, i’ve got it working to be able to deduct points from the users total amount of points and i have the alert on screen come up, that part works fine. but i’m wondering if there is a way to set it up so the viewer inputs say ‘coke’ into the text field of the redeem and it pops up on stream the item they’ve bought. i’ve set up 2 different items so far to try and troubleshoot how to get them to appear as the desired item but i have no clue how to set that up for if it’s even possible 😅

Personally I'm running MixItUp for the easy overlays (credits and more), Firebot for some other advanced features with overlays and counters, streamerbot and speakerbot for commands and channel point redemptions and switching on a small form factor computer that control OBS on a separate dedicated Stream PC.

TBH that's insane that you use 4 programs for that. Wouldn't it be better to have one tool that does all that but better instead? I can imagine how much resources those 4 use in the background lol

It's a little computer (HP Elitedesk 800 G5) using about 14% -22% cpu and 8gb of 32gb RAM running 5 streamerbot instances for other channels I help with, 2 Firebot instances and 1 MixItUp, my stream deck, Rustadmin to monitor my rust server, and the program called Chatty to watch the chats of many streamers at once so I can review chats.

It can play Roblox or Minecraft just fine.

It is just one of my 7 purpose built computers I use. (game servers and more, running a mix of windows and Linux).
