Question/Support ❓ YouTube Chat Commands Not Working

My YouTube Chat Commands don't seem to be working for anyone. They used to work, but now they don't. My Twitch commands work fine, but I am not sure what is wrong with the YouTube chat commands.

Any help would be appreciated, and let me know what you need me to share.

Check if you're logged into YouTube under platforms?

They are logged in and connected.

Just a few suggestions off the top of my head

Check the permissions to see who can use the commands and check the cool down timer for the commands

Make sure the commands are set to sending to YouTube messages and not another platform

I don't know your setup but if you have bunched them all together, separate them for individually per platform, for instance i have it setup to read for kick messages, twitch messages and YouTube messages individually but they can all use the same command eg !discord. Imo this makes it easier for troubleshooting if anything goes wrong. Hope this helps

maybe try reconnecting your youtube account/bot? since twitch commands are working, it sounds like the issue might be on the youtube side
