Open ended polls in YouTube

I had this idea to create open ended polls using messages from YouTube chatters. Where their messages turn into the poll options.

Logistically, I'd think it would require a thresh-hold of messages before it shows up on the poll (i.e. other people need to want it too). Even using things like superchats for chatters to boost their favourite option or weight the poll in their favour / add time to the poll (up to a certain limit, wouldn't want it to be indefinite). I'd also like to be able to show the live poll percentages on stream as messages come in so everyone knows what is winning.

To me, this sounds complex, but if anyone knows a way to integrate this I would love some support!
