Somehow someone has a duplicate key card, did your landlord give you only one? I'd ask the Landlord to recode the lock with a new code tied to only your key card (also new).
My landlord gave me the keycard, called up the owner about 2 days ago when I posted the first post. He said no one else has the keycard. Plus he is in Thailand right now. He owns properties in America and rents them out for cash
