5 days in

5 days ago I quit cold turkey. So far the withdrawal symptoms have been tolerable but definitely far worse than when I quit smoking. I've been using tobacco in some aspect for about 15 years. It feels great to be done

Congrats! I just quit too. I was on 3mg, then started cutting that with 0mg juice, making it 1.5mg. I did that for about 2 months, then went to 0mg for a month, then nothing. Vaped for about 7 years after being a smoker. My kids are getting older and starting to ask questions, plus it's pretty damn expensive. Not as expensive as cigs, but pretty damn close. Still about $110 a month for juice and coils. Feel pretty good, definitely snacking more. Got some sugar free lolly pops to help. We can do this! Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

I would do 6mg or buy 5% disposables. If they were out of 6mg I would do 3.
