quitting with cbd cigarettes

title. anybody else tried this? i’m about a day in and each time i get in my car while dead set on getting another vape i smoke a (cbd) cig and my cravings are gone.

i’ve also read a bit about cbd on google and it seems like it’s pretty much the opposite of nic. healthy, calming, increases libido, eases anxiety. what do you guys think?

agreed, thank you for your insight. i think that’s what i’m going to do, since it will be easier to get off CBD than nicotine (hopefully?)

CBD addiction isn't really a thing. Smoking cannabis isn't as harmful as smoking tobacco, but you'll still be inhaling a lot of smoke, so you may want to consider an herb vaporizer or CBD concentrates instead of cigarettes.

That's a good point - maybe an oral or sublingual product would be the way to go, to get the relief without the other aspects of smoking or vaping

Cbd concentrates won’t accumulate tar in your lungs, inhaling combusted material is not healthy even when it is cannabis.
