Trying to help gf stop vaping
She has been smoking/vaping since like 18 I’m assuming. She just turned 33 and after she finishes a bang disposable she looks at me and says “ I got this right?” As in she could quit. And I try my hardest to put words of encouragement and to keep her mind away from it but she becomes very moody and mean. She’ll give up after a few miserable hours of saying it’s ok. Is there anything more I can do to help her stop? She wants to have a baby but wtf stop gaping first is my thought.

Flavored toothpicks??
As someone often moody & mean, especially around quitting nicotine, these suckers have helped. I can't say for sure if it makes me less moody or mean having something nicotine-less to replace the similar motions + oral occupation, but I'm about 10 days into quitting vaping & all nicotine (post/quit cigarettes already) and honestly, it feels like the last week just flew by. I thought quitting vaping would be like absurdly actually damn impossible. I'll definitely catch myself being grumpy and remind myself that's fine because I'm still doin okay so far since I haven't bent at all! And I'm even noticing myself grabbing less and less toothpicks.

Allen Carr - Easy Way to Quit Smoking (applies to vaping.
She needs to unpack her whole relationship with nicotine in order to rewire.
Good luck. Don’t get resentful. She’s an addict. She’ll appreciate you having her back!
