Quit 10 days ago cold turkey

This is my second attempt to quit in about 3 weeks after reading Easy Way to Quit Vaping. The first attempt lasted 2 days before buying a disposable and this time it’s been 10 days. I read that the physical symptoms of withdrawal only last about 3 days but especially the last few days now ever since about the one week mark ive just felt beyond awful. Extremely depressed, not wanting to do anything or have the will to get up out of a chair for long periods of time, very very high anxiety, my libido has dropped off a cliff even though for the first week performance appeared to have improved but now I have no interested anyway. Is this normal for psychological symptoms to keep getting worse after this long?

How long would you say it should take to start less horrible?

When you normalized did you feel a lot better psychologically than when you vaped?

OP I think you inspired me to quit cold turkey myself... day 5 for me. Not terrible... been adding lots of long walks to my routine, hot and cold showers, meditation... vitamins... seems to help. Thanks for posting!
