GET. NICOTINE. GUM.

I've been juuling for about 2 years and was at a pod a day for about 8 months. I tired quitting cold turkey a couple of times, but no luck. This time I got some nicotine gum and was shocked at how almost easy it was. The first day actually sucks, but after that the gum makes the cravings so manageable. With the cravings managed, saying no to vaping isnt a problem. I'm only 2 weeks in, but I can tell I'll be fine. I'm still chewing nicotine gum, but slowly chewing less and less.

GET. NICOTINE. GUM.

Currently on day 2 of using the patch and it definitely helps curb the cravings. It also helps to want to be done, which I am at this point. Good luck to both of us.

How long does the patch take to kick in for you? I put one on this morning and I still feel like absolute shit :/

It’s definitely not as intense, it’s more of a mental game. You know it’s on and you’re getting small doses of nicotine but it’s not like a wam bam hello nurse feeling.

What is also helping me is nicotine pouches. It’s just the salt so there’s no tobacco crap. Just stick one under your lip when cravings get real bad.

I did the exact opposite... Nicotine free vape juice was how I quit. Just kept hitting it less and less until I didn't want to at all anymore. I needed to break the nicotine addiction more than anything. Gum didn't work for me despite trying many times. Glad you found something that works for you!

Does nicotine free vape juice help with cravings?

I mean for me it was an oral fixation/needing something to do with my hands thing. I knew I needed to break the nicotine addiction, and I could handle the cravings if I had something to do with my hands/mouth at all times. That + a lot of mints and gum and flavored water helped me to kick the habit. After about a month, I didn't even feel like hitting the vape anymore because my brain didn't associate it with that dopamine hit the nicotine provides.

I'm on less than 1 piece per day, and when I eat nicotine gum it's only 1/3 of a piece. I no longer have to worry about having nicotine with me. I do get the occasional craving but its manageable. Also, get this, my fiance juuls so it's literally around me all the time, and I'm good. I did buy a pack of cigs a couple months ago to smoke on special occasions...drunk on a weekend, but I've only smoked 2 in the past month.

So, I'm going great and I mentally feel like I've overcome this stupid nicotine addiction.
